The McKenzie offers 3 different exterior packages that seamlessly fit neighborhoods around the U.S. This classic has a welcoming lounge area with the option of a custom fireplace, custom carpentry, custom tile, built-In bookshelf and fully equipped kitchen with drop down eat-in bar. The expanded bathroom has room for a combo washer and dryer and a FULL standing closet in the loft!

The McKenzie FarmHouse is quaint and beautiful. Board and batten siding is a fan favorite paired with the cottage feel of shingles and this home is timeless. The front entrance has a fun playful design accent that can be painted your favorite color or you can choose from our preselected options for a cohesive feel. The McKenzie Farmhouse is a favorite!

02. The Mckenzie Contemporary Exterior

If you’re looking for sophistication, the McKenzie Contemporary is for you. A little casual… a lot chic with the addition of modern shiplap siding, monochromatic exterior and a touch of warm wood. Adding the awning with exaggerated corbels sets the tone for your guests and has them begging to see what’s inside. The Mckenzie Contemporary is a trending package.

Our carpenters can add elegance to any feature in your tiny home. This can include cedar plank ceilings, custom wood shelving, or custom range hoods.
Heating & Cooling Upgrades
Depending on the climate your tiny home will experience, you may want a unit with a bit more power. We can upgrade your mini-split heating and air conditioning unit to 12,000 BTU’s.
Custom Tile
Tile can be added to the kitchen backsplash, Shower walls, or behind the bathroom vanity creating a striking focal point.
